Welcome, every movie goers! to the newly release of the best upcoming, breakthrough movie of all time: The perfect purple of Japan. As you may or may have not noticed, this Eastern economy is as vibrant and as upbeat as ours. So that why don't you come with us, to see the 1980s in a different (street)light (mostly purple-tinted).

 The Perfect Purple of Japan (1986) will be available for cinema in April, and VCR edition in May. Exclusive interviews of the director and cast members can be found at golden hour, in the comfort of  your Sony's "Profile" and "Profile Pro" television. You may as well catch the original soundtrack to play on your popping Walkman. 

As an independent production company, we would ultilize our self distribution power to the greatest of our extent, so don't be as fazed when some promotion campaign or the actual screening of the movie isn't available in your local theater. We will get there as soon as the negotiation of distribution to the theaters' owner finished, or approriate geographical and budget planning allows us to. Our promotion campaign will consist of the following things, so make sure you don't miss it out:

• Posters at your nearest theaters (only available to big cities such as New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle) 
• Whole cast meet up, from Friday to Sunday for three consecutive weeks at 3 different major theaters
• Initial screening in underground New York theater in December, 1986 to other independent producers have garnered positive reviews from top, indie critics.
• Exclusive photos/photoshoots of the set locations, behind the scene and the cast's on-set interaction can be delivered through mail. Register a slot through the subscription of "Indie pop magazine and catch its 12th edition 
• Exclusive in-person cast interview invitation, available in some cinema and small number. Lucky draw yourself into obtaining one!
• Tie-ins of on-set props and costumes (which are originated from Japan) are available for purchased in our pop up store

Exhibition of The Perfect Purple of Japan would not only consist of the silver screening, but also through VCR rendition (in true Japanese flavor of Sony-developed product). However, as self dsitributor, the availability and mass coverage of our film is small. Hurry up to guarantee a seat, as rerun of the film is quite near to impossible.

• Pop-up drive-in cinema in public parking lot (New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles)
• Independent theater with small seats - booking of 2 days prior is advised to provide utmost identification
• Private, member-exclusive bar

As avid media consumer and arguably culturally aware person of days, this new movie is going to fill in the niche, the crave that you are seeking for: An approriate, indie movie with essentially feel good vibe and fun, filmsy colors. So don't miss out on its cinema drop, as well as available for single purchase on Amazon Prime and Apple TV. 

The Lost Purple of Japan (2021) will be available in cinema in 26th of April, and for single purchase on Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Youtube Originals within the subsequent 2 days. Youtube's content creator membership of our official channel provides an exclusive online streaming premiere of our cast reaction, and interviews of the director and cast members. 

Distribution: As self distributor, we have limited access to mass coverage media, so don't expect us in your nearest subway ads. However, catch our exclusive merch drop (designed, printed and quality controlled by us) when purchasing tickets for the movie. 

Promotion:

• Posters and original prints available in theaters - fan made edits are also appreciated and credited on our social media
• A prolonged online campaign: building the site first as a Japan tourist consultant, but the reccommended destinations are influenced by time period, and with the passing of time, each post gets more and more nostalgic and feel good, further away from the modern Japan and into the Japan of the 80s → pique the interest and interaction of the followers, and even encourage other accounts to follow the trend
• Exclusive QR code and password available to scout - catching our remastered lost footage of the movie's predescestor
• Video snippets and promotion of influencer and at-home film enthusiast. Catch us featuring on some of your favorite Youtuber alike!

Exhibition: Screening is available in local theaters that are not direct subsidiaries of large, market leader distributors - via local owners or independent distributor owners. Online streaming is available for single purchase, as listed above (and none for susbscription pay). Non-copyrighted redistribution of online content will be striked, and corresponding accounts may be suspended.
